Thank you for supporting our small business. Each item in our shop is carefully handmade with attention to detail and quality. Because our products are handcrafted, our return policy is designed to be fair while protecting the time and effort that goes into every piece.

 

Returns  

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

 

Because many of our items are handmade or custom-prepared, personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

 

Return Process  

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

 

Refunds  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

Exchanges  

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us with your order details.
