Processing Time

All items in our shop are handmade and made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales, or periods of high demand.

 

Once your order has been completed and packaged, it will be shipped using the selected shipping method at checkout.

 

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

 

 

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery times are:

 

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

 

 

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs processing, postal delays, or seasonal demand.

 

 

Shipping Costs

 

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and selected shipping service. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

 

 

Tracking

 

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number (if tracking is available with the selected shipping service).

 

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

 

 

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes required by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

 

 

Incorrect Address

 

 

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

 

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.

 

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

 

 

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we cannot control shipping delays. However, if your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

 

 

Damaged Items

 

 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
